Learning that creates
From our home in Stockholm, we share Nordic approaches to learning with people and organisations across Europe.
The challenges have changed. So has the learning people need.
AI is changing how people teach, lead and work. Attention is harder to hold. Teams are navigating new expectations, new tools and constant change. Good professional learning helps people respond to what is actually happening around them.
That's where we start.
Organisations don't learn. People do.
Learning only matters when something changes afterwards: a clearer idea, a better conversation, a different decision, something someone feels ready to try. So we start with the reality people work in and design for what they can do differently afterwards.

Coaching Skills for School Leaders
Develop coaching as one useful part of everyday school leadership. Work with feedback, development, performance and change without treating every conversation as a coaching conversation.

Emotional Intelligence at Work
A grounded, participative course on the everyday behaviours that build emotional capital: self-awareness, listening, communication and thoughtful responses under pressure.

AI Foundations for Work
AI is becoming part of everyday work. But there is a big difference between having access to an AI tool and knowing what to do with it.

From European classrooms to global boardrooms.
Our roots are in education, where decades spent in classrooms and schools taught us to pay close attention to how people learn: when an idea starts to make sense, what helps people contribute, and what makes learning useful once they return to their work.
Our work today also happens inside organisations navigating the realities of modern work: AI, changing roles, distributed teams, new ways of working and the constant pressure to learn while still getting the job done. That experience matters, and it keeps our work grounded in what change actually feels like from the inside.
Based in Stockholm, we work across the Nordic region and Europe. We bring together what we know about learning, organisations, people and work to create professional learning that is useful in classrooms, teams and leadership settings.

Who we are
We started The Nordic Learning Company because we care deeply about how people learn. Between us, we’ve spent years teaching, leading schools, coaching, facilitating and working with organisations across Europe and beyond. That mix shapes the work we do now.
